I was thinking of the other more crazy Texan vote coming up.

Allowing guns on college campuses.

You've got to admit though, the City of San Francisco has always been a ways out there on the edge.

I must say I never heard of "noodling" before. It does not sound like something I would find of interest. One last thing on the SF vote - what right thinking male at 18 would undergo the procedure - at least without some serious anesthesia.
