I'm in favor of employers telling states, "If you want us in your state, you will provide us with tax relief or we'll go somewhere else".

It isn't a "handout" when an entity is negotiating to reduce its tax exposure.

I say fck'em if they don't want the jobs and injection of true "economic stimulus".
