Thanks Ellen for the response. I asked because at directors meetings, minutes are recorded and given to individual directors for approval and for their personal files for review. Contracts that require board approval are handled the same way. Financials are discussed and reviewed at board meetings, once again each director has their own personal copy. I am curious about the lack of available records.

Attorneys and accountants both maintain records which required their participation.
