Don't think it fair to single out United for that criticism.

Those comments are valid for all US flag carriers.

I will never fly American again after a disastrous flight from Chicago to Rome and Delta makes the same list for a domestic flight.

There are no standards or pride in the American flags that I can see anymore.

To a point now that if I have to fly domestically, I only want to use Southwest.
