To All:

Like all of you, I feel like I've been sandbagged.
Below is my response to Farsight
I urge you all to write to farsight

To whom it may concern:

I am extremely disappointed in the new fee schedule and feel that I have been
sandbagged by Farsight.

I have no problem with the increase from $10 to $20 for a basic trade. but the
additional surcharge of $.02 per share or %5 of order is completely unacceptable.

The lack of these surcharges was the primary reason I switched all my holdings to Farsight
in the first place. I did this in good faith, knowing that there would be some increase
when the Pilot Program ended. The proposed increase is greatly higher than anyone might have anticipated based on all the information provided by Farsight. Farsight has effectively taken the position of shutting out the trading of large blocks and lower priced securities.

I also think the termination of the Pilot program is premature in that the problem of
placing trades in decimals is still not resolved and the response time of your web
page has not been addressed. Opening up your site to the public is going to deteriorate
response time further.

I believe the least that Farsight can do for participants in the Pilot Program is to
retain (grandfather) today's fee schedule for current positions held on the date of your announcement. This action would compensate those of us that took the time and effort to
establish an account and transfer funds and securities into Farsight.

I would hope that Farsight would reconsider these proposed increases and my suggestions,
and I look forward to your response to this letter. I do know that there is a large population of investors on-line that are also extremely upset about this development and
I urge you to address this problem promptly.

In closing, if these increases are indeed final, I will sadly have no choice but to switch my positions to another broker.
