TJ, we humans are 98 or 99% DNA similar to gorillas and baboons. For me it was an excellent lesson in human behavior in my trip to Safari in Kenya. I learned a lot about human social order from the baboons. Humans are "hard" wired from birth like gorillas or baboons, which includes claiming possession on a piece of land that was in most cases arbitrarily chosen, live in constant animosity to each other with the sole purpose to arrive at the top of the heap, and choose the best groomed (looking) females for mating and grooming. When in danger the instinctive act is mating the nearby female. More so to demonstrate their position baboons do mate with the nearby female just to prove the point and for all other baboons to see. That is why sexual coupling acts are done out of bond and love and also under intense fear in war. Now human imposed civilization denies and even harshly punishes this embedded genetically urge for a plausible reason - pretty woman will have way too many children but also expresses the "possession" of the woman by their mate. Adultery by a woman or even going out with males undesired by the parents, is punished with death by stoning in Islam and practived even today in many countries including the more advanced Turkey within their remote regions and it also happen in the US. Interestingly in cold snow covered civilization of the Eskimos it was common practice to offer a visitor to sleep with your companion. Similar practices at the time I was told by people of local tribes in Kenya where the husband comes home from a huntig trip and finds a spear stick at the entrance of his hut - he is very proud of the event because his wife is desired and will bear him more children. More so as teenagers boys and girls engage in sexual encounters and at the time of establishing a family the young woman with children is “worth” more than a woman who is childless as it is proof that may be she will not be able to procreate and bear children or is not attractive enough to the other young males. Even in the bible Sara was "laughing" when old Abraham witnessed that some strangers from far away arrived at her tent and as a result Isaac born (Isaac is laughing in Hebrew) After all this I would like to know how all those embedded traditions and “hard wired” attitudes in humans can be compiled with the sexual “possessive” laws of a modern society and this at a time that over 50% of women claim that the sexual abused female is to blame for her own conduct. Where lies the fine lines between a sexual attack out of the blue and the result of seductive and fetish behavior of the woman? In DSK case – he got out of the shower naked; 1. Why in the first place, exactly at this time the maid entered the suite and why was she there? 2. Her conduct is already a violation of privacy and a criminal offence in NYC 3. If indeed there was certain encounter between the two how can the defense prove that basically the maid undressed herself and exploited DSK “DNA hard wired” weaknesses. 4. Would like to know how many straight males on this board can stand idle in a similar situation with a naked young and attractive woman in front of them, with seductive behavior, and knowing to be alone only with the woman in a hotel suite? My conclusion is very simple DSK was framed by scum and if the truth and what actually happen will indeed come to light in court DSK is innocent and could prove that he was set up. .. and last - the question I have what harsh punishment the NY persecutor and his team will receive and for how long send to jail together with the maid. I think that 25 years sentence to all of them without parol would be a relative light sentence.
