re Banks. I was not aware of a trust problem regarding CHMG. I'll read up on that in the filings, thanks for the hint.

I know AROW and FRAF.OB. I agree that AROW is a tight ship but it is a little bit expensive. Since the provisions for NPA are already very low, I see limited upside to earnings, unless they can make an accreditive acquisition.

I have FRAF on my watch list and owned it for a little bit. I sold, because I am somewhat concerned about their large land and construction loan portfolio (~135M$ or ~2x their capital). While it appears to be holding up, I do believe it is major concern.
