Richard I have not discussed going to the NYSE in any depth with ABTX, so I am not sure what their motives may be or if they will do it. There are advantages to both exchanges, as each one will tell you.

Generally, the NYSE lends more respect, less volatility, tighter spreads and less mm manipulations---in the best of circumstances.

Anyone else care to add anything?
