I heard there were none available Friday afternoon. If the convertible holders start flooding the market Monday morning, shares should be no problem.

Since this looks too good to be true, it might be. Possible pitfalls: for whatever reason the convertible holders don't convert right away, or maybe not for a while. Maybe the last 10% holdouts wouldn't give formal consent, but a side deal is done where they agree not to pull the trigger.

We'll know for sure Monday morning.

To All: Take a look at SLHO. Like Zitel, they own one third of a small company whose prospects are being hyped to the sky (Syntroleum), and whose implied market cap (3 times that of SLHO) is about $750 million. Syntroleum is not a sham, but it is tiny, and it's technology is unproven and, at best, several years from earning any real money.

Feedback/opinions appreciated.
