I always bolt the door n light up the no-disturb sign before using the bathroom to r&r (ruminate n reflect) so never had issue with maids n such.

In Asia we sometimes have the problem of girls just showing up at the door or getting an early morning call, "sir, do you want a massage", at our weakest moment, still in dream state.
