In both cases, Iraq was getting all of the resources. By the time Tora Bora I occurred, we were already deep in preparation for Iraq.

That is clear and widely accepted fact...hell even on fox "news".

It was pretty clear that the Bush administration considered bin Laden just an excuse to invade Iraq.

HE botched both costing america lives and treasure.

There were two. In both cases, we didn't commit any boots on the ground. The second was taken a bit more seriously, at least at first. However, the original plan was to carpet bomb the area, which would have caused quite a few innocent causalities. I am sure i-node would have been happy with that, but they chickened out at the last moment.


So he missed both times?
