Yeah? Well, I hope those billions aren't dollars that we borrow from the Chinese.

It's not our responsibility to pay off every unreasonable demand in the world. It's nothing more than piracy, and should be treated accordingly.

I assure you they will want to be paid billions to give that up as "compensation".
