Bibi made some smart comments. However, if we sit back and think what he said we will soon see that he contradicts himself.

He wants Abbas to sever ties with Hamas. He tells Abbas to he should negotiate peace with Israel instead. But then when the suggestion is for land swap and going back to the 60's borders, Bibi says no. So how can he expect Abbas not to go to Hamas?

Abbas has already made clear that Netanyahu's speech only made things worse. Bibi played to his conservative counterparts in Congress and his speech was intended to contradict Obama's position. He has no interest in making peace with the Palestinians. It is what it is. Nothing has changed.

Frankly, I want the US to cut off Israel. Enough is enough. Of course, that's not likely to happen.
