Do take another look at CUU. I did the same thing, putting it in the reject bin after I sold out, but now I wish I hadn't.

In the last few years they have acquired adjoining properties that look like they could easily double the size of the deposit based on the geophysics if their modelling is correct. Add in the power line coming in and I am not even afraid of the Teck backin provisions. 25% of this potential mine would still be a helluva lot of minerals. And I can't help but think that if Teck is going to get 75%, why not pay some more and buy the whole company. I would imagine that is what Echeverria, who owns 52% of the company, is hoping for.
