Ben Geh: There are a lot of us concerned shareholdesr who have been verbally keeping BCMD aware of our concerns. Many shareholders are a part of our informal "investment group" on IRC and they have told me they are doing the same thing.... In fact our group, made a long list of what we felt we should be hearing regularly from BCMD. The majority of us agreed regular updates were more important to us than the JV announcement. While we want the company to negotiate a JV deal that was in all of our best interests....we as shareholders still need more than to simply hear verbally what BCMD is currently doing.. Last week, we began passing this information on to BCMD. Whether they act on it will soon be seen. We wanted and hoped for some sort of news release last week and we hope they will respond soon .......As many of us have told them verbal communication doesn't mean much to us..... I have also made sure BCMD is aware of the posts that are made to this thread. I know BCMD isn't surprised by my recent posts....I have verbally communicated these concerns to them from the day I became a shareholder.....We shareholders want and need regular news releases...... I have no way of knowing any moe than anyone else knows about when or if they will put out a press release..........However, in my experience companies do listen to their shareholders...... and if management agrees it is in the company's best interest, often they will do their best to make us happy. I have no idea whether or not BCMD will be releasing news on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday....I hope if they do release anything, it is the announcement of the JV deal.....however, if they release ANY other news...I will take that as a postive reaction to our shareholders input and only that..... I also will continue to expect additional news on the JV negotiations very soon......There are too many rumors out that they are close to finalizing these negotiations.... If they are willing to respond to us then I will be very impressed with the company's management....however, if they don't respond it will not change my long term overall picture of BCMD's stock and its future value but it will be disappointing to me that they are not more responsive to shareholders concerns.... Until we receive a news release I will be watching very closely and as I have said before, I will be carefully considering my investment postions....If they are responsive to us...there will be a lot of shareholders that will be much more comfortable remaining a long term INVESTOR in BCMD's stock.
