"Ed".... I was impressed with the text of the apology. Yeah, it may well be self serving and the guy may be simply fighting to stay in the business and not be forced to look for a real job. But the text was OK. He dis not resort to the all too common disclaimers, like "In case my insults were found to be insulting by anyone I named by name, I apologize". Can't recall hearing the guy in action, maybe occasionally, for a moment. Many here - my wife included - seem to think that he generally is an a-hole, and I have no grounds to argue.... :)
