As I wrote it before, Paul is at best a mediocre CEO. Any CEO and management teams with such high pay packages but failed on a $1.5 billion plus project (Media-Flo) would step down on the job a long time ago not even mentioning Broadcom legal blunders.

IJ and his team in the early days could not even afford such a failure.

Why am I still investing QCOM? Easy. Qualcomm's chip divisions and royalty streams have nothing to do with Paul's miserable performance. QCOM can survive with or without Paul on his CEO job. Paul is no Cher Wang of HTC. She started her own business from the ground up and not an inheritance from her father who was one time the richest businessman of Taiwan.
