You can bet there was probably a bit of legal trouble regarding the Horizon's deal, particularly when OVIS effectively said it was, upon further review, only worth half of what the original deal was.

The boys at Horizon Marketing are probably asking for the full deal.

If you re-check that, you will see that Olympus' deal was with Horizons Marketing, Ltd. Not the same as Horizons International Associates, Inc.?

Olympus was acquired from an outfit by the name of Horizons and Gary Morgan owns a company by that name according to a previous article in Equites.
