CAM sounds interesting - the only N. American non-profit ISP! I noticed they charge extra for 56K (X2) service - maybe 40%? Do they run into resistance on that, out of curiosity? Also, as a developer do you find the bilingual requirement an impediment to putting a site together (leaving the politics out of it)? It must add to costs but presumably the client has to pay for the added cost regardless since that's the law of the land in Quebec province. Lastly, I couldn't uphold my reputation for nit-picking if I didn't point out a spelling error on the CAM site - it has "pionneer" whereas it should have one less "n" unless that's another one of the charming differences between the Queen's English and that of the rebellious colonies.;-} Dee Jay
