Transforming. It's great to watch it happen in all those cities, and the spirit and life shown in this video makes you realize why they are transforming. Yes, a lot of people will move, that's the nature of life, and the industries won't stay the same, again the nature of life, but if industries are changing, it is natural that the population numbers will change, that is not dying. We'd use less energy if more people moved South, and we could turn this joint down here blue, but cities up there aren't going away, simply changing.
