Nonsense. Reverse discrimination, is a poor term, but it isn't racism. (It can be used by racists, but that isn't the same thing, and it isn't exclusively used by racists or to convey a racist message, or to pander to racists.)

And what it describes is still wrong, even if its not the best term to describe it.
