We, includes me. I'm talking about the whole modern history of the parties not just the last ten years, so "we" are talking about the older history as well.

If you want to limit it to just the last decade the Democrats still support racism more (although not nearly as much as they used to), traditional forms of anti-black racism are largely rejected by both parties, but some Democrats do attack black conservatives in racial terms, and Democrats are far more likely to support racial discrimination against white or Asian people than Republicans are.
