Here is the info from Barrons: Oxford Health Plans (OXHP-NNM) by NationsBanc Montgomery (25 5/16, Nov. 4) Buy. Although we understand the ''fall from grace'' is particularly hard for a company that had developed a long operating track record for high expectations, we suspect that the harder the ''fall,'' the greater the lesson-and the more than 63% stock price decline in the last week has been inarguably hard. If information systems conversions happen only once in an investment lifetime, we may be spared from at least the magnitude of this quarter's woes-and our point is that we believe management is doing all that's possible to avoid such and any other shortfalls in the future. With the stock at 25, this is the bet.
