INTERNATIONAL PRECIOUS METALS NEWS ANNOUNCEMENT

Many investors in IPM's shares will be frustrated and disappointed by the news announcement put out by IPM this past Friday. Your editor sees this as a great opportunity to acquire the shares of this well managed junior mining company and a good time to sell the overpriced shares of Naxos which in your editor's view is a poorly managed company. My view is that not withstanding the lower than expected grades reported by Bateman Engineering from the Black Rock property, IPM has a real shot at not only outlining an enormous gold/platinum group metal resource, but with the ongoing assistance of Bateman Engineering, may well outline an ore body of enormous size. We will explain in more detail our logic for selling Naxos and buying IPM in
our December 1997 newsletter.
