<when are the results coming out.>

Do you mean earnings?

First, let's be clear that AMTX earnings (even EBITDA) are really a non-event these days. Until they get some real dollar contracts, earnings reports are just calendar points. People who believe aren't affected by earnings (or lack thereof). Even the earnings disappointments that Amati has offered (relative to street expectation) for the last 3 quarters that I have watched them seemed to have little effect.

Having said that, I am guessing that earnings will be out this week.

First Call expects a loss of <.16> and Zacks consensus expects <.15>.
But with the proposed merger and any related costs, and WSTL's lending AMTX $5MM (I heard an unverified rumor that this was to meet current obligations like payroll), I don't know what to expect for this quarter.

In general, if the earnings date isn't mentioned at SI (click on "earnings"), then Equity-Analytics is a good source for the coming week's calendar of earnings:
e-analytics.com . I suspect Amati's omission there is due to it's currently not being large enough or followed enough.

BTW, there are posters here who are pretty close to the company, and who may have advanced word on events to come. These "words" find their way around the back-channels, as they did before the merger announcement.

So when you start seeing messages like the following pop up: techstocks.com presume something may be up and it's being passed around. You could get hurt in these (as many here apparently did playing options ahead of the merger), but expect some volatility with any contract announcement such as GTE:
techstocks.com , (btw, which is expected, and would definitely be a long awaited start, but nothing to get worked up about, IMO, as per the earnings effect guestimate cited in my previous post to you.)

Good luck-

Steve
