Unless you are referring to "You can fool some of the people all the time, you can fool all the people some of the time but you cannot fool all the people all the time." as being pro negro.
I was playing with words as I love to do.
Lincoln saved the Union and brilliant barry soetoro saved the union. Of course they are different unions.
