Oops sorry, that came from a peek at a weekend edition of late july, data wouldn't have been approved for release at this point of course, may have come about from a two-beer buzz channelling a philistine Nostradamus On transport - you'd think it might be cheaper to move the energy to the alumina, for refinement into aluminium, rather than the reverse ... if it wasn't for cost of moving the plant, or building a new one, major capex that ... but hydro power is the biggest slice of cost in Al production i think, and you can move it through wires, save a lot of loading and unloading, and wear and tear between
