So you are not basing things on a reasonable projection of what was happening, but on something else... An interesting approach. Novel I might say. "But the actual history was that food production per capita for the world had increased over time, for a long time, before the green revolution." And in the face of the other facts of the time, totally irrelevant. It is like saying there are no deserts because the globe is mostly covered by water. While the latter is true, it doesn't make the first statement true.
