Dom B- look at my response you cannot trade an instrument which had ceased to exist. 500$/contract/point was never there to be traded and that is the whole issue. He could be short of million of other things that is immaterial the 500$ /point contract was just not there.No instrument existed, now who eats the shoe. I am not playing tennis tonight. Market is still open.

No No Dom...look how he is trying to back out of it now.

the whole premise is that TT only does paper trades..but now that TT is ready to prove it up...the premise changed to...not a 500 contract trade!!!!

Ike ...if he proves himself up that he had trades in place, arent you willing to pay the 100K..because that was what you were saying to TT...that he is just a paper trader.
