This is not factual, Tim. You can't just make up numbers and claim they are true.

Well you can. But then you can't complain when others don't find you credible.

Note the budget in 1989 of $427.7 billion, which would have been Bush I's first budget. Note the one in 1993, of $358.6 billion which would have been his last. That is a difference of $69 billion.

Note the budget in 1994 of $338 billion, which would have been Clinton's first budget. The low point was in 1998 of $296.7 billion, a difference of $62 billion from the last Bush I budget. It was later raised to $307 billion when he left office for a difference of $51 billion.
