A few years ago, I asked someone in PBR’s IR department why there was a 10-day delay between the date when PBR reported financial results and the date when executives held the conference call to discuss the results. The answer: Carnaval!

Perhaps a culture in which people do not take themselves too seriously is a good thing :- )

Well i would not want to work in Guo's company either. the factilities have better securities than some jails in California. There are nets around each higher building to catch those workers that want to commit suicide by jumping down. en.wikipedia.org
