When you speak of unfunded liabilities, by definition you are talking about what IS, not what WILL BE. Bullshit...debt IS money you have borrowed and SPENT...unfunded liability IS a looming expense...SS can provide 75% benefit ad infinitum.... Unfunded liabilities are amounts that are required TODAY, not years from now. BULLSHIT....Medicare can THEORETICALLY stop providing a benefit and the debt liability is gone....stop trying to obfuscate to run away from the fact that today's debt is the product of republican borrow and spend policies....
