In reply to a couple of shareholder questions at the Shareholder Meeting about AdWords and needing to get better responses, and have a person to speak with, they said they are establishing phone numbers and staffing up for advertisers to call a person. The rollout should be complete in the timeframe stated. The YouTube video of the meeting is about 1:22:00 and this part of the Q&A is in the last 20 minutes.
