Harry, just a note. I also heard rumours that LU is not happy with the Livingston deal and probably want to accumulate 15% of ASND stock. Just a rumour but it's always fun to read. LU probably thinks it wasted 650M. Hmmm HEX, I had not heard this rumor nor do I feel it is incorrect. Could you indicate the soruce? Email will work too at: grudolph@toolcity.net Thank you. Glenn

Maximum accumulation without an SEC filing is 10%.
