Europe near empty 2016, Greece, Spain, Italy, Portugal, France and most of Eastern Block flat out of money... The only method to control said problem is to eliminate it! Thus expect a big war and much death! In US a Police State is called for as it also is flat out broke and cannot pay what has been promised; to control the rage it will clamp down hard! Liberty is near death and expect controls on everything we do to live! The World is about to change in a big way... Consumer based models; aka China will crash hardest! On the other side is what Armstrong calls The End...the way we have lived is about over and it is going to be much harder and much less easy.
