You're arguing in circles. Can't have austerity when the economy is improving, can't have austerity when the economy is in shambles.

They've been trying to come up with a weighted "basket" of currencies. Doesn't sound very pragmatic, for sure, but that's the sentiment as long as we continue to devalue the dollar because we can't get our fiscal house in order.

How much longer do you want to take the power to print money for granted? Eventually they're going to look elsewhere. In fact, they already are.
