But training can make a huge difference in supply. Yes you can increase the supply of workers with a particular skill. You can also increase the supply of many types of goods (sometimes even through training, by making those who produce it more skilled and efficient). Sure people are different than say cars, but both are similarly subject to market forces. "but for seniors we are less free market then the norm." Tim, now you are just making shit up.
