Double click on My Computer, right click on your C: drive, then select these, click start:



You will have to restart your computer, after its done checking for errors, then you will have to go into Event Viewer, check it and I will show you how to see and copy the report here. The messages will be displayed on your screen so fast you won't be able to write them down.

I will show you how to get into the Event Viewer and what you need to look for.
