It looks like your disk is the one causing the problems. I could be wrong, but I don't think True Image handles bad sectors well.

I would not trust your C: after seeing bad sectors, Windows does not tell you if it fixed them or not.

Others may have different feelings on bad sectors, but from my past history, my diagnosis, the drive is dying.
