There is another youtube clip of Bernanke saying "we don't print money". I think you can see them both posted next to each other somewhere. Isn't it a felony to lie about something like that?

It sure is printing, and Weimar Republic printed marks exactly
the same way as Ben does. I only said that Ben cannot print
money and just give it to the government.
