Dear Prof Wong

Thank You for the update. I'd like to hear your opinion on the tech sector funds when new data is up. Are you holding energy services now?

Julius,

Referring to FSRPX, I agree that the retailing history is a hold and, perhaps, a temporary buy. I was in this industry for years and as mentioned before it is quite cyclical during the seasons of the year approaching a peak of hope in the last quarter with holiday buying
heating up all store volumes beginning with Halloween.

However, after the shouting is over, Jan., Feb. and March bring a slump in all sales except for inventory reductions.

The oil sectors run much deeper than that. Food and Ag production is a plodder with some large multi-nationals providing name brands on a grand scale moving slowly along like a giant beast consuming vast amounts of energy and investment on a steady unexciting basis.
But this group we will always have with us because people always eat and drink daily and everyone knows all about that. The high tech industry is still a mystery for the majority of individual investors and the public in general (like myself) unable to assess or identify what most of the smaller players OTC bring to that loaded complicated table.

I apologize for this long winded discourse but I have these visions of animation that filter down into the Sector funds.
