Ted, from the student's statement:

> The account that these tweets were sent from was familiar to me; this person had harassed me many times after the Congressman followed me on Twitter a month or so ago. Since I had dealt with this person and his cohorts before I assumed that the tweet and the picture were their latest attempts at defaming the Congressman and harassing his supporters.

OK, she claims she has never met him, but she WAS aware that the Congressman started following her on Twitter a month ago

The big question is why. Why did the Congressman follow the tweets of a 21-year-old college student he had never met? She's not a celebrity, but rather just a fan of his who happens to be young and good-looking.

Meanwhile, this girl should also reveal the name of the person who started harassing her after Weiner started following her. That person would be the number one suspect in an FBI investigation.

That's just factual evidence, Ted. It means nothing to these rabid, hating, wingnuts.

The man said today that he could not state with "certitude" the photo wasn't of him. Frankly, I just don't know what else a person needs to hear.

Did he send it? Who the hell knows? Clearly, he would know if he took the picture and whether it was Weiner's weener. He did or he didn't.

He's dodging the questions, and like Gary Condit before him, it should drive him from office. Guilty or not, he looks guilty as hell.
