All I've seen is a bad fuzzy photo of something that may be men's shorts or underwear....have no idea who it is or what it is supposed to show... And since you're making the most noise around here you're lack of a link is very revealing...

These guys either have very active imaginations or are using a strong magnifying glass to view the photo. Is it penis envy that's motivating them.....or something else?
