I can say any pic like that would not be me since I know I've never been photo'd pantsless. Apparently Weiner has. And he basically said so:

There is a photo circulating with a dick the size of a banana and people asserting its a pic of your dick. Why would you want them to think otherwise?

That's really strange. He's practically admitting that the photo is him, or that he has taken pictures of his private parts and sent them out.

It doesn't matter if he believes that this is appropriate behavior for someone's private life. It's creepy, and as a public figure he needs to apologize for it.
