Of course. Absolutely.

1) Weiner reacted immediately after the dicpic went out - somebody had control of his account, but he got it back immediately? No way. And he reacted by erasing everything he could ... an act of someone hiding things.

2) If he was a victim, he'd be filled with righteous indignation .... after all someone is trying to ruin his political career and he's innocent of any wrongdoing or so he says. An innocent person being smeared would be outraged and want a federal investigation. Instead he's saying its not important enough to get the federal authorities involved, let's just move one and forget it, a harmless little prank he says .... an unbelievable reaction from someone who's an innocent victim of a smear.
