No, you're confusing the need to cut the budget to avoid debt with debt. I am not confused at all. Low taxes are killing Texas. There was a time poor people would leave a state like Texas and move to a state with more generous financial assistance but apparently, those days are over. I posted a study a while back.....it stated that these days the poor are staying in Texas and the more affluent Texans are moving away. In fact, one of them started going to my gym this month.
