Will do, I'm just so dizzy from the experience, a brand new PC, it really pissed me off... I now wonder if I wold run into the same problem with the same model again, or it that was just a fluke thing...

Okay, I got the new PC, it's the exact same one, just an exact replacement model, and so far after one day it seems to be working well... I was not able to make any kind of change since I already tossed out the box, somehow that was significant, but everything else is the same and they made me a set of recovery discs at no cost, nice of them, indeed... so, just to let everyone know I'm back up and running, let's hope this one doesn't crash after only six weeks... thanks to everyone for their valuable input, much appreciated...
