Bernanke: QE2 is not a panacea
Ben Bernanke says the Federal Reserve doesn't expect the end of QE2 to have a significant market impact, and that quantitative easing has been successful, but it was never intended as a cure-all.

pan·a·ce·a // [pan-uh-see-uh]

–noun
1. a remedy for all disease or ills; cure-all.
2. an answer or solution for all problems or difficulties: His economic philosophy is a good one, but he tries to use it as a panacea.
Seriously, did the invisible hand of the FED pay to use " His economic philosophy is a good one?" in a sentence?

LOL....perhaps QE 1&2 wasn't meant to be a remedy for main street, but, it certainly was successful bailing out certain fat cats on Wall Street.

....I suppose weakening the Dollar is intended to be a "panacea" for the global bankers?<g>

In Greek mythology, Panacea (Greek, Panakeia) was a goddess of healing.

LOL... "f*ck the greeks"...is your name Ben?<g>

...sounds similar to Pan-ic....as " His sheep are f*cked" in greek?<g>

Pan (Greek), in Greek religion and mythology, is the god of shepherds and flocks, of mountain wilds, hunting and rustic music, as well as the companion of the nymphs. &(Whores of Babylon)
