Bruce, the problem is, the company has failed to release any financial information, 10-K etc. [Redflag!] They are way past SEC deadlines.
DD
PS: IMO the company is attempting to sugar coat whatever is in the financials W/ some type of upcoming PR, with no regard for SCE rules and regulations.

I don't think you'll find that information discussed here. Nothing appears to have an Olympus label on it. Virtually all of the acquisitions have been questioned by management, and have been written down in the financials.

The reason for the discussion of the shares is to ascertain whether or not Riley has verifiable numbers. He has asked everyone to simply believe him. And, despite what most people know about the internet, they all seem to implicitly trust Riley. I think they all just WANT to believe him. This is a get rich quick opportunity, according to Riley, who claims this stock will go to 500, 1000, or whatever, depending on the day he posts.

The contention that fundamentals don't matter will start to come back to haunt the people who are long here IMHO. They claim to own the entire float, (and hence the company). Yet, as a block, they could demand board representation, and haven't. I have tried to admonish several people regarding to whom they will sell their stock if this company doesn't make it, to no avail.

But in all fairness, read Ellen's newbie posts. There is some hard data in there. I don't believe all of it is accurate though, so do your own due diligence in this regard.

'Tide, Most of your questions can be better served by going directly to the co. itself. Morgan & Breton are always very open and frank. Mike Weber is correct, you have to ask yourself Why do Kugler & SMartin obsess on this co./investment, when they state they have no interest. I'll leave that conclusion to you! Best of luck!, Pugs

Excellent post, and the success of the squeeze is dependent upon the answers found. Financials and Morgan, get to know them. RMIL is a very high profile penny stock with much controversary, therefore, it is followed by the authorities whom are following the company, the business and the squeeze. Everything must check out for the stock to continue trading, or the squeeze issue is irrelevant.
