there should be less demand for commercial real estate because there
are more and more telecomuters..right?
more and more factories abroad doing the actual work..
talked with one friend who said heard stories of companies that before
used to hire designers for clothes..don't even do that now..buy some
designer clothes..have a person create a pattern, fax the pattern to
the Orient, get a sample, rework the sample, fax it back until it is
right..anothr friend said an article like that was in the paper
recently..
anyways..still furious that the reporters don't mention the coincidence that everytime gold has a chance to sparkle..some central
banker comes out with news..
also quite upset at the thought that with the common currency in the
beginning of 99..there will probably be a run in that market followed
by a collapse..I guess if one plays the game..one has to play by the
established rules..
yuckooo-(at least we know one sector that is way undervalued..whether
a safe haven or whatever..the mines are going to have to close at this
rate..maybe people will start wearing stock certificates as necklaces
and bracelets..
jewelry doesn't appear to reflect the meltdown..I wonder with the cheap prices if more and more will be found in technology or industrial use..
